At this time, in front of the gas store, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Hoan (42 years old, living in Hong Son commune) and another person playing chess on a stone bench.

At 2:50 p.m. on the same day (October 18), a leader of Binh Thuan Provincial General Hospital told PV Thanh Nien that the victim had died.
