I'm unclear on the details but I think they were communicating directly on the livestream at the time. The suspect commented in the live stream that he'll come to attack him. The victim on the livestream kind of egged him on saying "Come at me then, we'll wait for you". At which point the suspect went to the location he was livestreaming at and what happened in the clip ensued.
I'm not sure what the argument was about. But perhaps they had history. The victim was 14 and it happened at a school, so maybe they all knew each other.”
