This looks like a call of duty cutscene, very cinematic, also where do you have to be shot in the head to still be conscious(for a bit) and spit blood everywhere?

From what I’ve gathered on this vid, which has been around for a long time — It was a neck-through-throat shot.
So as he’s running, he drops his rifle and both hands go to hold his neck/scarf area — This is done as he drops and rolls, when he’s upright again, he still has his hands on his neck.
As for the death, if the bullet managed to exit, he probably started choking on blood pretty quickly with ruptured vessels — and the added reality that his body may have vomited to try to “cleanse” the pain in the throat.
If blood, bullet fragments and skin tissue blocking your airway won’t kill you - The upcoming puke certainly will try!

So he died drowning? That's awful af but i thought about that too since you can kind off hear him struggling to breathe, cant escape drowning even in war somehow
