Whether someone just didn't know how to swim or was held underwater or something else, if their lungs filled with water (or perhaps some other liquid) and could no longer breathe, here is where it should be.

It's called Panic and Inexperience you dumb shits.

Not everyone has the luxury of swim lessons or time in a swimming pool. Poor fella was probably his first time and he drowned in a manmade pool. If it's your first time, there's algae everywhere you step so you slip and you panic even more when you are looking for safety. RIP.
