Whether someone just didn't know how to swim or was held underwater or something else, if their lungs filled with water (or perhaps some other liquid) and could no longer breathe, here is where it should be.

its almost as if this is their first experience with the strange liquid called water...... how one can make it to adulthood and not learn how to keep yourself alive in water is beyond me...... props to the kid for recording it
