Whether someone just didn't know how to swim or was held underwater or something else, if their lungs filled with water (or perhaps some other liquid) and could no longer breathe, here is where it should be.

When she ran out of energy and had to stop thrashing, she actually started moving towards that ledge which would've saved her life. Her panicking is what ultimately killed her.
