She died Aug. 18 while swimming 
at a hotel pool in Chatsworth, a township in Ontario. Her death 
is not considered suspicious, a spokesman for the Ontario Provincial Police 
said on a Wednesday.
In the footage, Nyabuto smiled at the camera 
before 
going 
for a swim into the deep end of the pool. The video 
showed Nyabuto struggling in the water 
as she called out for help. The video 
then went silent.

They panic when they feel themselves falling under the water, knowing they can't breathe under water. If the water is deeper than a few feet yeah it's scary because there's no certainty you're going to be able to push yourself off the bottom and get back up.

Yeah, but people who don't understand that panic when they get into water they cannot stand in. Panic is what leads to drowning- they start thrashing around and kicking. Their heart rate spikes, and they reach a point where all they can think is "I need someone to help me", so they just splash around desperately, trying to get attention.
It's impossible for people who learned to swim to understand the notion of being unable to swim. It's probably the same as riding a bicycle.

I poop like once every 5 days. It's abnormal but it has its benefits.
