23-year-old Hellen Nyabuto drowned while livestreaming on facebook
She died Aug. 18 while swimming at a hotel pool in Chatsworth, a township in Ontario. Her death
is not considered suspicious, a spokesman for the Ontario Provincial Police
said on a Wednesday.
In the footage, Nyabuto smiled at the camera before
going
for a swim into the deep end of the pool. The video
showed Nyabuto struggling in the water
as she called out for help. The video
then went silent.

This was fucking stupid!
Pools are NOT suppose to be open without a life guard present!
The establishment of that hotel is at blame for NOT haven't a life guard!
This goes for the same with neighborhood pools as well!

This isn't a pool, it's a hotel with a pool. Life guards are a really good thing, but they shouldn't be mandatory.
Maybe people who can't swim shouldn't attempt to without instruction, and as always small children should be supervised.

A pool is still a pool! I'm not justifying her actions knowingly that she can't swim for shit. It's the fact you said, "This isn't a pool, It's a hotel with a pool." That exact quote from you makes me assume you are retarded!

It's an amenity provided from the hotel, instead of a pool business.
I didn't expect a moron like you to comprehend the difference, and highly expected a smart ass remark.

You see, there is a difference between a pool and an amenity provided by a non-pool establishment! Still NOT a pool erm! You need to get your facts straight and not be a no-brain individual! This amenity is nothing but a puddle!
My nigga, since when are we talking bout pool business? All I'm saying is pools need fucking life guards before retards kill themselves on accident! I suggest you log off, you fucking know-it-all!

Life guards are a good thing for pools, and should be required for water related businesses.
But I shouldn't need a lifeguard for a pool at my house. Life guards can't be at every body of water.
