Whether someone just didn't know how to swim or was held underwater or something else, if their lungs filled with water (or perhaps some other liquid) and could no longer breathe, here is where it should be.

Absolutely disgusting and horrifying. Reminds me of something that happened to me when I was around 10, some kid that was around twice as young as I was drowning in the public pool and no one gave a shit, I struggle alone a good minute or two to get him out of the water
