I read most of it. I always knew that 25 wasn't "magic", i know it varies of course from person to person, i just thought 25 was the average for people's brains to be completely done developing. But if that writing is accurate then i was wrong on that assumtion. But i still stand by my stance that "they were dumb so i dont feel bad" is a dumb way of thinking, at least in my opinion. Its still a sad situation. But thank you for the info, genuinely.

Well, a lot of it might be right. One thing I still believe is that teens/twenties take too many risks, which ties in to learning by experience/pain, eg I put my hand in fire, it hurt - I won't do that again. I think there's a large portion of the population that needs to learn via experiencing pain or loss, and a smaller portion that are able to learn by observing the misfortunes of others, while the latter of which tend to be more successful overall because they are consistently taking several steps forward versus taking three steps forward, two steps back
