Really depends on how you get exposed to the electricity, it basically follows Ohm's law, where current = voltage/resistance
In this case, the resistance largely depends on if you're wet, the distance between the + and the - and what part of your body is exposed.
If you touch 240 AC with dry skin, you will have a resistance in the 1000's of Ohms, which means currents in the 10's of mA, so yes.
If you're wet or expose mucous membranes, you can get to the 1000 mA range and suffer fatal injury
