Colombian Electrician who met his untimely death while disconnecting cables of consumers that are yet to pay their electricity bills.
According to reports gathered, the officials defied the lockdown orders and went for disconnection. It was revealed that during the cause of disconnection, there was a spark that caused an explosion that ended up electrocuting him.

Wow that's gotta be one of the most painful and fucked up ways to die in my opinion. You would feel almost every moment of it until you black out. But imagine being electrocuted by so many volts and you can't even let go or jump off that power pole. Your muscles become non-responsive and just grasp the line until the current decides to release you. RIP! Great video btw.

And I suspect he had tied himself to the pole, with a strap around the pole, attached to his waist, so that if he slipped from the ladder, he wouldn't plunge to the ground. So when he started getting shocked - he couldn't just let himself fall off the ladder.
Looking at it - I wondered if kicking the ladder out from under him would have helped - but I don't think so - AND - it would be very important to take a running leap at the ladder - and move quickly and be in the air when you made contact with the ladder - otherwise, if you grabbed the ladder, you would probably fry too as the current travelled down the ladder, through you, into the ground.
