Too many video of people in third world grabbing power lines or getting so close they touch them. U should know one would die grabbing or touching power lines, tho the vaccine your talking about is waay less likely to kill you then a powerline. I don't agree with taking something that hasn't been around long enough to know the side effects, and I do agree some people are too trusting of the government. Tho these two things are not on the same scale as one another, you can't compared something that'll for sure kill you vs not even close to being a for sure death.

I feel like the reason so many poor people die in these third world countries is not any deficit in their intelligence, but instead the lack of regulation.
Reading through the most prolific industrial accidents in the West, one realises that most of them happened in the 19th and 20th centuries and yet began to subside come the late 20th and early 21st centuries. The change has clearly then not been spurred by the decrease in "naivity and ignorance" of people around industrial or service equipment – for why such strides in knowledge pertaining to the fields of industrial or service equipment would increase is beyond me – but clearly by increased regulation of these things.
And so it is not only wrong to perpetuate a narrative that people in the third world are stupid, "ignorant" or simply too naiive" because it is not true. Instead they are simply victim to institutions too weak to enforce regulatory standards.

I do not doubt their ability to retain knowledge, I agree- they generally don't have good systems. I don't blame them for their lack of knowledge, not even reckless behavior. They are not taught well not protected. There's too many people whom die from electrocution. I do agree they're government does lack care for their people, and protocols to protect workers & civilians.
