"A head was found floating on Iracema Beach, in Fortaleza, this Wednesday, 11th. On the same day, a body was found on Iparana beach, Caucaia, Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza. The head and body are being attributed to a filmed crime.

In the video, a young man is filmed and men behind the cameras ask if he works. He claims he is working in politics. In the images, the criminals ask if he is involved in crimes and the neighborhood where he lives.

The victim identifies himself as Davi Santana de Oliveira and states that he lives in Serviluz. Then, in other images, the young man appears tied up and is hanged. In a third video he has his head cut off. The images are of extreme violence and are circulating on social media."
