Drunk black dude comes into my yard, and swings on me (complaining I was giving him too many things as I moved out of my apartment when I bought my house). I pull an orange pepper spray to deter him, and it worked, he ran home to his mommy (31 year old lived on his mom's couch, why I was giving him the "charity" he complained about). I never sprayed him, just wanted him away from me. I am currently still fighting felony weapons charges from this 2 years ago, and I had 3 witnesses. It was also the height of the BLM movement, So it was obvious the police arrested me not based on facts, but out of self-preservation as they did not want to be the next cop up on the "chopping block".
