Man's Head Caved In Via Excavator (Alternate Title: The First Ever Case Of Excavator-Assisted Suicide, Criminal Negligence, Or A Case Of "You Can Work For Us, But You Can Never Leave?"; Share Your Opinion In The Comments!)

Man's Head Caved In Via Excavator (Alternate Title: The First Ever Case Of Excavator-Assisted Suicide, Criminal Negligence, Or A Case Of "You Can Work For Us, But You Can Never Leave?"; Share Your Opinion In The Comments!)

No additional info available; my apologies. What do you think happened here?

These are the only possibilities my sleep-deprived brain can come up with:

1. Criminal negligence on the part of the excavator operator

2. One of the most unique assisted suicides ever

3. Workplace dispute leading to 1st-degree murder

R.I.P to the man, and may his family and friends find peace.

I can absolutely see this being a special assassination method in a hitman game. Especially as the target just waits on his mark for his cue to die

Tried dropping a rock on the guy, whacked him when missed, whacked him again for good measure, totally a murder

This reminds me of the time a girl didn't notice a tractor 2 meters behind her about to kill her.

It's impossible for a person to have this little situational awareness.

1. Guy at the controls has right/left up/down perception dyslexia ?

2. Maybe it was the old "make it look like an accident" hit.

Seriously though how can you not turn around after a half-ton boulder shakes the ground 18 inches behind you ?

I didn't even consider that possibility; good thinking!

Seems more like a case of “my 14 year old nephew with no experience can operate the excavator for cheap.”

Looks intentional to me.

I could buy negligence or accidental if the rock hit the guy first, but there's just too much insistence on hitting the guy for it to be anything other than intentional.

Looks awfully similar to another one. Same guy seperate incident? Same day? And it's murder. Not a question.

I'm almost certain I read somewhere that he killed 2 coworkers.
