Details of the accident
At about 9:25 a.m. on August 3, at a construction site in Shenzhen, the crane operator Liu Moufan was using a crawler crane to hoist concrete pouring construction operations. The wire rope of the hopper suddenly broke, and the hopper hit the guard below the boom. Liu Mourui, the manager's brother, died on the spot.

The security camera at a dairy in Paiján in the department of La Libertad captured the death of a worker after he fell into a food crushing machine. The victim and his coworkers were unloading corn plants from a truck at the time of the accident.When suddenly his arm got caught and then his whole body fell into the cattle feed cutter.
The video shows Juan De Las Rosas Torre and two other people unloading the corn directly into a machine.
When the tragedy occurred, his companions ran in desperation and turned off the machine, but it was too late, his death was immediate.

Happened on November 19, 2020 in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, Russia
56 years old man named Marat was working in a warehouse of Izher company.
He was working on DIP-300 lathe. Marat wasn't wearing working clothes. He had regular clothes with long sleeves on.
Marat reportedly bended over the lathe and started to "sharpen one of its parts".
Suddenly, the lathe turned on and shredded Marat into pieces. He died on spot.
TV Chenly spoke to neighbours of Marat:
We were living a calm life. We were greeting each other in the morning and in the evening. He was a fine man, always friendly.
One of the neighbours also said:
He and his wife are divorced. He had two kids: older daughter and younger son. They're both adults now. Son is around 23/24, daughter even older.
Son was living with his parents (Marat and his wife). His daughter was living separately.

Baku, Azerbaijan â On 7th Jan 2022, a 51-year-old female worker had an unfortunate day where she got pulled into a kneading machine and died instantly.
While she was wiping the lower part of the machine, her colleague unintentionally turned on the machine. Her head got pulled and she spun a few times before it eventually stuck.
