Wpd gets flooded with bullshit, repost after repost, the chat is a rotten mess. Admins are rarely seen there, and if, then usually after someone reported something to them.
I can't be the only one who notices this mess.
What happened to the great organisation that wpd had in the beginning?
When does the nobility finally realise that it's too much to handle for such a small staff?
Please, for the sake of wpd, get a few more people in to support you.

What about the dox the other night? It was online for at least 45min ( i stopped looking at it by then)
If you don't care that's fine.. but here are people financing this project and they deserve at least a statement as to why you don't put approbiate measure in place for such a huge community.

Pictures of a newborn child straight out of labor in a non sexual context is absolutely not cp. This is not the right platform to share these pictures, but please do not claim that cp was readily available for a long time. Facebook is full of these kind of pictures.

We are having active discussions about adding a new moderator, but I still think that we have a very quick response time when illegal content is uploaded and when people use the fastest ways to inform us about this (modmail + pinging !janies)

CP is a very broad topic. However I do believe that when the external genitalia are clearly visible it becomes a problem. If censored, it would still be the wrong place here but definately not as bad as this time.
The dox'd user was/is hell0hell1 but the post and doxxer have been removed by now.
Look, I don't want to "fuck you guys up", on the contrary. I care a lot for this community and I just feel like it's been too much to handle with that amount of users and low amount of staff.. and it's just frustrating from a user perspective.

You guys do great. Absolutely.
But i also understand that quality inevitably suffers when the workload is too high.
I work in Quality Control and Assurance and see this every day in the reports i receive.

That dox was completely false. Nobody used modmail or used the jannies ping group, yet it still got removed within an hour. Fairly quick, tbh.
It isn't, though. 80% of the time, the queue is fairly empty. There isn't much to do most of the time. The only way to make sure that everything gets resolved quickly, is by letting someone stare at a monitor 24/7. This will never happen as all our mods are doing this 'job' for free. The quickest way to get something down is to use modmail or to ping the jannies directly. Illegal content gets removed fast.
Nevertheless, we are still discussing whether to add another mod.
