Reminds me of the pig who tased a dude on a freeway. Then a car kills the dude. Im not saying I know how to play these situations out better, they're working with shit building blocks to start with. Beanbag shotguns are not safe either. A huge misconception is rubber bullets arent deadly, but they are and in fact are referred as "less lethal" rounds and not "non-lethal" like blanks (and even a blank can kill too!)
I dont blame the cop too much, this dude was clearly a few seconds away from stabbing someone or himself anyways.
