At a distance of 25 feet or closer it can be extremely dangerous if the gun isn't drawn yet, because the person with the weapon can run at you before you have the gun fully pulled out in that distance. However in this video they didn't back away and give her a chance. This one they already had the gun drawn. It is not necessary to use lethal force in this instance. In my unprofessional opinion. The things stated above about the 25 foot rule is a legal rule for the police of the USA to follow. And logically, for good reason. If you say otherwise you're an idiot. There's no rule on how many rounds you can fire. It depends on the situation. Normally you shoot as many rounds as you feel are needed to neutralize the threat. Sometimes it can be 1 sometimes 10. But the bottom line is if your life is in danger you have the right to use deadly force to defend yourself, how many bullets you use doesn't matter.
