Clearly you've never dealt with a fire arm. I assume you deem it to be fake due to him pulling majority if the trigger and it not firing. There are many triggers out there that seem like it wont go off since one has to fully pull the trigger back to release the hammer to fire.
I deem this footage real because the Audio was accurate to the gun firing, after a quick glance you see what may look like blood but it was probably a mix of blood as well as gunpowder, then he falls to the ground and screams. The reason he most likely stopped screaming is because he's trying to handle the pain. This is also common.
If you also watch when he lets the gun rack, it makes a realistic noise a gun would make.
Also I recently got discharged from the hospital and that discharge paper seems pretty legit. The cleaning and other procedures instructed are on a different paper.
