the reason that happens though is because if a limb is cut and an artery/vein is severed, theres just one small opening thats easier to contract and seal vs a slice down an artery/vein which would take longer to close as it has a much larger opening for blood to escape from

There is also a thing called amputation spasm. Enough nerve damage makes the arteries clamp down, meaning an amputation injury doesn't necessarily bleed much if at all for the first hour or so. But when it's a straight cut from wrist to the radial artery it is unlikely that causes the same response meaning the arteries will not constrict. Also, a smaller cut means that with arterial blood pressures, the blood won't have time to form a clot. It is unlikely to die from cutting your radial artery though as your peripheral arteries eventually constrict as the hypovolemia gets severe enough.

it was arteriole because if it was an actual artery, she would be passed out in about 3 minutes, and the blood would be much lighter, as well as shooting out a lot faster and quicker.

99% of the time veins wont kill you
it's more so worrying if you have lost a lot of blood over a short period of time, then you are more at a risk for bleeding out from veinous bleeding
of course the more major the vein the more bleeding which will speed up the process of potentially bleeding to death
also they likely are bloodletting which is a form of self-harm by just letting blood pour out of your body which is why they don't want to stop it and would likely prefer to record it.
however the bleeding in this video looks arterial, meaning blood from an artery
the intense pressure spraying and BRIGHT red blood gives me this conclusion
