Well the skin around it doesnt really look red or irritated. Does the wound feel hot and like pulsating? This could be an early sign of infection. Either way, try to keep it as clean as possible! 😸it also looks like around 1- 2 weeks old. Infections start at like the first 7 days. There are few cases that show infection spreading earlier.
