this is joan a 21-29 yr old german woman

she became famous on tumblr around 2014-2015 for her extreme self harm under the user @/coldnessinmyheart. We’re still unsure if she’s alive or dead but i assume she is no longer with us.

Just because they see the scars doesn't mean they can help her. People have tried to help her. You can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. Joan is a whole ass adult what she chooses to do is on her, not a burden for her family to take on.
