Not entirely sure if this tank was already abandoned or just chilling there.
However, direct hit cooks it off quite well.
I assume that it was still active, Ukraine needs the resources and heavy weaponry. Blowing up a non threat tank that could be used does not make sense to me.

My guess is that these soldiers were likely trying to take over a village, but the townsfolk fought back. I could be totally wrong.
