I have only tried 2 hot sauces since I have only recently discovered that I like spicey food (hated it as a child) Classic Tobasco, and Cholula. Both are pretty good, Tobasco is maybe a little too tangy, Cholula is pretty delicious and well balanced.
Also what do you recommend putting the sauces on?

I genuinely like "Da Bomb, Beyond Insanity" when I want it really spicy.
Though I can only put 1 or 2 drops on my food or it's way too fucking hot for me. π
Other than that the Habanero Tabasco is pretty good and tasty imo, and not too spicy.
I personally like to add Hot Sauce to Pasta or Pizza.
