I have only tried 2 hot sauces since I have only recently discovered that I like spicey food (hated it as a child) Classic Tobasco, and Cholula. Both are pretty good, Tobasco is maybe a little too tangy, Cholula is pretty delicious and well balanced.
Also what do you recommend putting the sauces on?

My best advice is to literally put hot sauce on almost everything. That’s how you pick out the foods that you like with it, and which ones don’t pair so well with it LMAO but pretty much anything savory or even rich like pasta, you could put some in ur ramen too tbh
