He was hit by two gunshots, one in the neck region and the other in the forearm, causing a fracture. A police team went to the hospital on Tuesday to try to talk to the man, but the victim was unable to provide much information. So, simple question, I was just wondering who/what is Snappy

Is it a bot, or does someone occasionally Is behind the account ?

And are the comments that accounts do random generated by an AI, taken from a website, or did someone genuinely wrote hundreds of sentences/comments for the account to post them instantly on every new post ?

Livestream of Richard Klaff attempting to shoot 11 people inside a store, May 23, 2024 (Description Included)

https://i.watchpeopledie.tv/images/17166578183011541.webp

Richard Klaff, 20, live-streamed the shooting on at a Kroger in Fort Wayne, Indiana He started by lighting a cigar in a bathroom above the Georgetown Kroger 'I'm gonna shoot 11 people... watch'. 'Which one am I gonna choose? Let me find someone good real quick, I ain't gonna kill no old-a** man,' he said. 'I'm going out with a bang... baby watch,' he said Klaff eventually spotted a woman 'Oh yeah, I see one, I see one,' he said —- He fired six rounds at her, but missed, and no one was injured He then fled the store and was arrested in another store nearby soon after Klaff was charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and locked up in the Allen County Jail.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A man faces attempted murder charges after the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to calls of shots fired inside the Georgetown Kroger Thursday evening.

The grocery store was closed Friday due to the ongoing investigation. It's expected to open back up Saturday at 7 a.m.

And in Allen Superior Court documents released Friday, 20-year-old Richard Klaff Jr. allegedly told police he'd “always wanted to kill somebody.”

Officers responded to multiple calls regarding a man shooting inside the Georgetown Kroger, located at 6310 E State Blvd, just before 6:15 p.m., according to a release from FWPD. When officers arrived they learned the suspect had fled the scene.

Officers then searched the Kroger for victims or additional shooters. No victims were found but officers were able to locate several casings in the store.

While at the scene, officers got word of a man near the store matching the description of the alleged shooter. He was then taken into custody.

Early Friday morning, FWPD identified the suspect as Klaff. He's preliminarily charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Klaff was booked into the Allen County Jail.

It is not believed that any other suspects were involved. There is no active threat to the community, according to the press release from FWPD.

An FWPD officer wrote in court documents released Friday that Klaff “recorded himself attempting to murder two employees and an unknown customer.”

A Facebook live video, which WANE 15 has made the decision not to post due to the shooter's desire for publicity, has gone viral. It starts out with Klaff in the bathroom threatening to shoot 11 people.

He then walks around Kroger while live-streaming, spewing racial slurs and saying, “So who am I choosing, hold on. Let me find someone good real quick… I'm going out with a bang.”

“Oh yeah, I see one, watch, I see one,” he says. That's when Klaff appears to fire off six shots in the direction of a Black woman and two employees in the bakery before the video cuts off.

Not far from the Kroger, Indiana State Representative Bob Morris was coaching baseball at Georgetown Little League when the safety protocol was initiated.

“I got a call from someone with the Fort Wayne Police Department that there was an active shooter at Georgetown Square, he was in the Kroger store,” said Morris.

Morris said his main goal was to keep the kids safe.

“We secured the kids, got the kids in the dugout for an active shooter situation,” Morris said. When he received another call that the suspect was heading northbound, the direction of the fields, he canceled the games and had everyone leave.

Morris confirmed with WANE 15 that the suspect was in a store north of Kroger when police apprehended him and his weapon.

“Safe neighborhood, a safe shopping center, and it hits close to home that things can happen like this,” Morris said.

According to court documents, Klaff told police he'd switched shirts at the nearby Dollar General, with his original shirt still in the convenience store. He allegedly admitted to dumping his black and gold .40-caliber handgun in the dumpster. Investigators searching the dumpster found Klaff's cell phone and wallet along with the gun, according to court documents.

In an interview with detectives, Klaff allegedly asked if anyone had died. He claimed he had 11 bullets loaded in his gun and that's why he specified in the Facebook video that he intended to kill 11 people, according to court documents.

Investigators asked Klaff if he was searching for someone in particular to shoot, to which he allegedly said he didn't want to shoot anyone old. He's then accused of saying he chose the people he shot at “because they were standing in a position with no cover.”

According to court documents, Klaff went on to say he “always wanted to kill somebody, that's all I wanted to do, I was supposed to go to the military, I couldn't wait on that, obviously.”

A spokesperson with Kroger shared a brief statement about the incident:

We are deeply saddened by the incident at our E. State Boulevard store in Fort Wayne. We are cooperating with the investigation by local law enforcement, and we have initiated counseling services for our associates. Plans to reopen the store will be announced later.

For now, to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation, we are referring questions to the Fort Wayne Police Department.”

ERIC HALVORSON, KROGER SPOKESPERSON

United Food and Commercial Workers Local 700 President Tracy Bartak issued the following statement late Thursday night:

“Our hearts go out to all of our Kroger family who were affected by tonight's shooting. Store 425 will be closed the rest of tonight and tomorrow. Beginning Friday, mental health counselors will be available free of charge for anyone in need both in person at the store as well as via phone or FaceTime.”

Bartak went on to say that employees should contact their local union representative for information on how to schedule virtual counseling sessions.

WANE 15 went back to the scene Friday morning and found Kroger was closed. There was an employee outside letting people know the store wasn't open for business. An FWPD officer was also parked at the entrance.

Mayor Sharon Tucker shared a statement with WANE 15:

Violence has no place in our community.

I'm so grateful that no one was injured in last evening's incident.

I want to thank and recognize our dedicated public safety team for a quick and effective response. I also want to say I'm sorry to the individuals who were working and shopping at the Kroger store. It's wrong that we're facing dangerous situations by simply working hard as employees and getting groceries.

I want to reiterate my commitment that the safety of the public is and will continue to be a top priority of my administration.

Fort Wayne is a caring and giving community and we won't stand for this type of behavior.“

MAYOR SHARON TUCKER

This incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Prosecutor's Office.
