This was in Vietnam.
The kid was pressured to achieve good grades in school and so was pretty stressed, he couldn't take it anymore so he told his dad to read his suicide note on the table (as a distraction) and jumped. The dad was asking the kid to come inside, as it was early in the morning and he had school the next day. He jumped off of the 28th floor btw.
