Dunno if hot take, but I feel injuries this severe just aren’t worth the time and effort of EMTs to try to save the person. But I guess it isn’t a question of “why bother?” It’s a question of just what else are they supposed to do? I guess watching him die whilst putting in no effort to revive him isn’t an option, despite being the most realistic. I can’t believe he wasn’t pronounced dead at the scene. ^-^

I am also surprised he survived at first. When I saw him moving his arm I was just thinking, how could he survive that? How? And it seems he was conscious and talking to a police officer. It is so wild that he lived.

We’re obligated to attempt life preservation almost at all cost, and even when pronounced deceased we still do compressions during transport. The real pronounced DEAD dead bodybag shit is if they’ve been gone for a long time

It’s not even life preservation. It’s all about that organ money. Even though his insides are mush, some organs could be preserved and worth thousands.

And if he was an organ donor, they could take his whole body and have medical students view it and practice an autopsy or something else on it. I remember a nurse telling me that bodies were donated to the hospital for educational purposes and that students worked on them.

I agree but tbh the doctors aren’t that busy all the time. Maybe if everyone was taken up on other realistic surgery’s then just leave butt plug man to be a street decoration
