My read without knowing anything about this girl. Apparently she is pretty, so she is living on easy mode, but this is not helping - she probably lacks any kind of purpose in life, probably absolutely shitty relations with her parents (I can bet she doesn't talk with her father). She tries altering her life with all these tattoos, nails etc, but she just alters her body and it is not helping change her life, which without purpose feels empty, despite all the attention she certainly gets by the local gopniks. It is shitty, but this is why you should give your kids purpose and encourage them, never let them sink that low.
