A man is filmed on a rooftop setting off fireworks, causing car alarms to go off in the car park below.
He eventually sits on the edge of the building and shoots himself under the chin with what looks like a flare gun, (lots of smoke), before falling to the ground.
I got this years ago, (from Prochan before it went offline), but unfortunately there was no story to go with the video.

Shitty thing to do, no doubt; but I'm glad he just damaged some cars instead of shooting hundreds of people from a hotel room first.
