This was one of the first death videos I ever saw. Can't believe this dude shot a cop and didn't get frisked.

They say nobody ensured he was "properly frisked" - It's possible during the arrest they did actually frisk him ineffectively but missed the gun and everybody else assumed he was cleared because of that.

I mean - if you're a cop watching another cop frisk someone, how likely are you to walk up and be like "oh I better grab his dick and make sure you didn't miss anything"... After that cops in the station are definitely going to assume people being brought in have been searched. All assuming he was ever "searched" of course.
