Bullets are weird like that. They do all kinds of wild, unexpected shit. Seen one travel UP a 90 degree incline (along a wall) after passing through a car window (glass does weird shit to bullets, too). This one of the reasons people are trained to not press yourself flat against a wall in a gunfight, always leave some space between you and the wall- else a crazy ricochet could end up hitting you in the dick somehow.

Fr, man, movies and video games never capture the fact that bullets don't just go right through everything and stop, they bounce, ricochet, all that. Kinda makes me want a movie or video game with that level of realism

How is that a good point?? We’re already desensitized enough as a society. Making things more realistic would just blur the lines even further for the mentally ill and easily suggestible. Not a good idea at all. Like yea I get the concept would be cool, as a gamer I’d love to see more realistic moving games but there has to be a limit.
