Exactly. Absolutely insane how universal death and grief are expressed from a visual standpoint. Especially when that little girl shot herself after accidentally shooting her little cousin, a completely unnatural thing for a child to do, but seems like a “tangible” response for any adult caught in the same scenario. Like the kid in this vid even tried to lift his father back up, but knew that his own strength wasn’t enough, and this kid looks like a legitimate toddler.

This hits different when you understand the language. Dad says "Here, watch this" before hanging himself. Then you hear the kid say "Papa ko" over and over which means "My Papa" which is a response to "Baby ko" or "My baby" (terms of endearment). Sound is not clear but I think I hear "Papa ko, baba ka na dyan" which means "My Papa, please come down from there".
