Do you think she filmed it or she was forced to do this ? This was either revenge/murder/depression, filming it to me is weird because she has kids, if she was horribly depressed why would she film it? Who is it for?I’ve seen other videos where a husband forced a woman to do it. The only other reason I could see it as revenge on someone. This is so strange to me specifically because she did it on camera and in front of her kids combined.

I think it shouldn't be guessed when not knowing the context at all. I remember this video well, not seeing it first time here. One thing that made me feel a bit... weirder than expected (hence - videos is memorable) was that arms movement in the end. Like, that's one thing to witness your mother hanging herself on livestream and your siblings being terrified and lost. But that movements probably just add some indescriptive type of anxiety over that all.
