As fucked up as this was, try and imagine how much worse the WTC jumpers must have sounded upon impact.

U can hear them. I’m not sure what the documentary was, but there’s footage of when there is a bunch of people in the lobby, panicking and ppl are running all over trying to figure out what to do. There’s a bunch of police there too. And u can hear these extremely loud noises every couple minutes. It sounds like a boulder is hitting the ground. It’s the people.

Here's time stamps for ones I heard before I stopped watching. There might be some before the first. I skipped to the part I remembered them starting. I sure there are more but im not watching it all.

It sounds like cars crashing into the buildings.

French directors Jules and GΓ©dΓ©on Naudet happened to be filming a documentary on NYFD that day and they’re the only ones to have footage of the first tower hit. Later in the documentary they end up at the bottom of the WTC where you can hear the crashes of bodies.

Yeah I remember that. The jumpers were hitting the roof of the mezzanine and the firefighters present shook their heads in frustration. I was just trying to imagine the mess those jumpers must have made when they hit the pavement. Eyewitnesses said they simply disappeared.
