The man was 42 years old and committed the act in front of the Regional High Specialty Hospital in Veracruz, Mexico. He died of his injuries — the blade he utilized being a small razorblade. It's unknown if the people filming know him or not. The man had apparently been suffering from extreme mental health issues, mentioning prior to his death that people and unspecified figures were following him.
