Reminds me of when my brother accidentally got carried up to the second floor of a mall on the outside of the escalator and then dropped him. A guy came running down the escalator and caught him, saving him from cracking his skull open. You would have to tackle her extremely hard to make her change trajectory or reduce the force of her fall impact. And by that point you're just killing her in a different way along with yourself, she's carrying a shitload of kinetic energy that is going to have to dissipate somehow for her to stop. Cars have crumple zones to dissipate kinetic energy by controlled deformation in a crash, you're just turning yourself into a crumple zone by being in her path.
