No we do not have assisted suicide in Sweden unfortunately. But I do know, as I did a practice many years ago in a hospital, that if a individual get a heartstop we do not have to save the person IF she/him have wished for that before (for example before a operation etc)

As long as your lungs are working and your heart is beating to supply your brains with oxygen you are technically alive. So you basically only need brains heart and lungs, if one of those fails you are dead. Although if only your brain "dies" you could be considered just brain dead.

We were talking about which organs you would be dead without. Not short term. You can have artificial lungs, heart, and kidneys, but you cannot have an artificial/temporary brain or liver.
So really you'd be dead without the brain or liver. CPR can take care of the function of the heart, and blood dialysis-and-oxygenation can take care of the functions of both the lungs and kidneys.
