I'm pretty confident he's talking about the floating cloud at 0:20 which looks like it was hit by an anti-air. Plus it took about 11 seconds from the crash to the sound wave hitting the camera's position so a little over 2 miles away. That cloud looks further so we wouldn't be able to hear the initial impact before the camera started recording.
