Double crash on a Russian highway leaves two dead (at 2:15)

A 43-year-old passenger of VAZ-21103 with injuries was hospitalized in serious condition at the Chebarkul regional hospital.

The accident occurred on September 25 at 8:00 a.m. on the 1815th kilometer of the Moscow-Chelyabinsk highway, in a section where overtaking is allowed. The speedometer needle in the Lada Kalina car froze at 120 km / h, - the traffic police indicated.

Next, a second accident occurred: the driver of the Scania truck, moving behind the Lada Kalina car, began to slow down, and the Citroen van following him did not have time to slow down and crashed into the Scania. As a result of the collision, the driver of the van was injured, – the propaganda department clarified. Traffic police officers are investigating possible causes of a traffic accident at the scene of the accident.
