Three cars collided on the Chui highway. It is known that as a result of a massive road accident, one person died. The circumstances are being clarified
On January 10, an accident involving three cars occurred in the Troitsk district, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Altai Territory reported.
The accident happened on the 278th km of the Chui highway. All emergency services were on site.
According to police, a 35-year-old woman in a Hyundai Solaris, overtaking, drove into oncoming traffic and crashed into a Toyota Estima driven by a 40-year-old man. After that, Toyota collided with a Volvo truck driven by a 41-year-old man.
As a result of the accident, the passenger of the Toyota car, a 66-year-old woman, died at the scene of the accident before the arrival of an ambulance. The driver suffered injuries of varying severity, and received medical assistance.
