That train FUCKED him up.
The way his entire body twists makes me think extreme spinal injuries; and his neck, if not outright broken, would have EXTREME whiplash. Plus all the bones would’ve been smashed; leg, ribs, arm.
Oh, and organ damage. That much force, that fast? Yikes.
I’d be shocked if he survived, but the human body can be so ridiculously resilient sometimes that I could see him survive with zero injury, all because he was drunk or some crazy shit.

even if his head didn't actually come off I know this had to be an internal decapitation. the whiplash from the impact on his neck+back must have wrecked his whole spinal cord.

To put into perspective how much force the train hit him with the rocks that fly around not hit by the train but from him after he gets hit. Even though he is hit forward he still was pushed into the ground and hit those rocks pretty hard.
