Well, in Vietnam there is probably the same thing as in my country, Indonesia, where they promote their products by nailing banners to trees on the side of the road. Mostly because they don't have adequate marketing funds, and are usually small and medium businesses.

And you can see multiple trucks doing U-turns there at same spot where buddy cut him off - unless it was his first time on this street he'd have likely seen trucks do this tons of times. Unprepared this time and unlucky too, the poor devil. RIP cyclist dude.
