This was the first day of the war in Ukraine, nobody really knew what the fuck was going on and everyone had to get somewhere urgently. People were out stockpiling food and water to hunker down in their basements for a while. The invasion never actually reached the particular city in the video (Kyiv), they just had one minor skirmish in the Obolon region between a small team of Russian saboteurs and Ukrainian security forces, that's what you're hearing in the background.

This was from I think Day 1 or Day 2 of the War in Ukraine. Obolon District, Kyiv. Thing lost control while merging and out of pure coincidence, one lone civilian happened to drive his car right into the path of the vehicle. Crew probably didn't even see him with the shit visibility of Soviet vehicles and proceeded to back up over the car. The guy inside the car survived. It's still not known who exactly was commandeering the vehicle but the general consensus is that they were Russian saboteurs dressed as Ukrainian soldiers. Some were killed, some were captured, their identities were never actually revealed.
