I haven’t actually paid attention to where it is (China etc) bc all I can think is get off of them! Wth!!! Or the other shitty thing they do is run them over and act like all the did was run over a bottle in the street and they keep going while the person is crushed in the road. I think the videos I’ve seen they have been in China and India that don’t move the vehicle. I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen it done in a Spanish speaking country.
