I doubt there is a single person in any official position who thinks anything different - without direct evidence politicians especially are stuck to a script but putins message is clear and exactly the same as it always has been - if you're a russian and act against the institute (not just putin the people in charge) then they will blatantly murder you and there will be absolutely no repurcussions. I highly doubt Prigozhin was in the plane. The whole thing has been orchestrated right from the very start. The coup was staged, no way they would have gone to MoD and done all that without there being a firefight at some point. I remember he said that the coup ended without a single Russian life lost, yet we were told that helicopters were shot down - that doesn't add up because those helicopters must have had pilots. And it doesn't make any sense for helicopters to be shot down without Wagner getting any casualties. And it doesn't make any sense that MoD didn't send more helicopters when that happened, or even drones? The attempted coup was "too Disney" to be real.
Then there's the bizarre "peace deal" brokered by Lukashenko. Staged too, no way that was real. In real life, Lukashenko should have been just as pissed off as Putin, not helping someone who just tried to seize power from Putin walk away scot free. There's also the fact that during this the Russians raided Wagner and found gold and get this, wigs and photos that show Prighozin in disguise - a hint of things to come.
Then there's this plane. No way he was in there with Utkin, that defeats the whole purpose of him having two planes in the air at the same time. So who was in the other plane, Wagner juniors?? The second plane landed and whoever was in there took off in a helicopter, no way that wasn't either Utkin or Prighozin.
IF the coup was real, then the plane crash is part of the Lukashenko agreement and Prighozin gets to live a quiet life in Argentina. If the coup wasn't real (which is much more probable), then the plane crash is part of the orchestrated plan to give Prighozin a dramatic exit from Wagner into a secret life in South America. The only loophole with these two theories is that if for some reason Prighozin emerged to the world some time in the future (intentionally or being found out), it would make Putin look even more weaker than the coup thing has.

Lured them into a false sense of security, slowly removed any & all high ranking members of his military with sympathies for Prigozhin, then got all of the top Wagner leaders in one spot at the same time, at around 36,000 feet & whacked em all. No way anyone was surviving that crash.
