Nah man that one was on him. Homie laid on the road in the dark for like 30 secs. If he had enough energy to flinch like that, then his ass had enough to roll to the curb.
It seems that so much as sitting in the road will almost guarantee that you get hit at 5 mi above the posted speed limit

It's not that easy to move especially in a crash like that, I've been in dirtbike and motorcycle accidents and it's very hard to move especially when you aren't wearing very protective gear like the guy in the video.
