Bro you can hear the last whimpers or grasp of breath at the very end.

'A deep pain suddenly make the pain go away. With unbearable pain. It ends with the fire.'

So I projected myself for a second with that plane. That's my revelation. So a pain so unimaginable. Youre still conscious. Ok I'm scared now lol

At the time of the stream, this airliner was preparing to land at Pokhara airport. The sudden bank to the left leading to the crash was the result of the plane entering a stall. I’m not sure if it was caused by a mistake by the pilots during the approach.

Reminds me of 9/11 and how people in the planes died when they hit the tower. I’ve read physicists reviews on the tower planes and fiujd the only fortunate thing for them was the speed of death. Their pin receptors travelled slower than the plane impacting the building os they couldn’t feel it. What they could register was the initial pop sound they would hear in impact as sound receptors travel faster than pain. Last thing they would have heard was a pop/static pop and lights out

What do you mean by pop or static? I'm genuinely curious. Like what kind of pop?

Jump in the discussion.

No email address required.

Like blowing a pringles can or something. Planes are pretty hollow regardless of their size. You can actually listen to some 9/11 videos and hear a small pop in some ground control recordings

According to reports, the plane dipped too far to the left due to the 137 passengers riding on the outside shifted their weight

Going off the video of the plane from the ground, seems like it happened so fast people didn't have the chance to scream untol the plane had rolled ~180°.

did the engine explode midair?

Jump in the discussion.

no, the explosion was after the crash

My theory is the plane went down because the stink lines coming off the passengers blinded the pilot.

I read Nepal has had 27 crashes in 30 years, or something to that effect. Astonishingly poor

At the end someone must have initially survived because the camera moves and you can see tree branches move . It was after we saw flames. I found it eerie that you could still hear the airplane engines!

Terrifying.

I absolutely hate flying...

Jump in the discussion.

Yeesh how tragic. They had no clue what was coming. I wonder if the pilots knew and just kept the extent of danger to themselves  Got a flight next month too probably shouldn't have watched lol

More likely to die in the taxi to the airport. A plane is safer than a train in 99.9% of countries. Unfortunately this airline has a bad history. Doesn't help landing in some remote spots such as these with variable weather and interesting runway approaches. Not to mention maintenance and safety records.

The problem I have with plane statistics is that there's many millions more cars driving around, and thousands more trains, so on paper it looks like "you're more likely to die in a car / train crash"... but you've also got a much, much higher survival rate. If a plane crashes with you inside, that's pretty much it.

You might have a tiny, tiny percent chance to survive if the dice roll in your favour and you're sat in the right spot, but most car crashes aren't fatal, they're just annoying, painful and/or embarassing.

Honestly just look up Flightradar24. You’ll see the millions of flights that are in the air 24/7 all the time, and just think out of all these planes on the map when do you hear about any of them crashing? Only once in rare cases like this.

Jump in the discussion.

No email address required.

The counter-stat there is that there may be a lot of cars etc but they don't go as far. Planes do higher mileage and are reliable for far longer. Look it up for yourself, you can find weighted stats that account for all these factors and the plane is still out of sight.

It has to be for the reasons you mentioned.

What's the point of filming when your gunna drop the camera on the floor and what happened to the cameraman never dies

This is phenomenal. The explosion sound, the fiery wall, the silence after the panic, the slow wind down of the crashed jet engines. I'm enthralled.
